The techs were great. Very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone needing chimney or stove pipe repair.
I thought we were needing to replace our entire chimney, but the technician from the original chimney sweep gave us some great options for a new liner. He was honest and trustworthy. He came back, installed the new liner and we are ready for another fire in our stove! Every person was wonderful to interact with, from the tech at the house to the office staff we scheduled and paid with. I highly recommend this company.
Had an inspection and cleaning, Adam was informative on some of the issues with the chimney structure and what would needed to be done in order to safely use.
We moved into a house built in 1971 and knew we'd need to do work on the chimney and wood stove. We were right and sadly went through the process of finding the right service to come in. The bright spot of the situation is how happy we are with The Original Chimney Sweep. Derek and his team came to our home and worked all day on a relatively complicated job, but they got everything done and explained what was happening as they worked and talked us through everything afterward. We won't use anyone else to clean our chimney going forward after this great job.
