This is my first time to write a review. I have bought watches at a few different Jewelry stores but by FAR the service I received here was just the best. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I have had the privilege to purchase 2 Rolex watches on separate occasions. They have definitely made a lifetime customer out of myself and my family. I look forward for the future when I can make my next purchase.

I stopped in to Persin and Robbin Jewelers over the weekend while in the area visiting family. I could not be any more impressed with the level of service. There was a short wait while other customers were browsing, and I was greeted by Brad who took the time to wait with me and make the wait pass by very quickly. After that, I was able to find exactly what I was looking for, which wasn't a straightforward request.nnI fully recommend this store for your watch or jewelry needs!

I purchased a watch at Persin & Robbin a few months ago and was extremely impressed with Brad's friendliness and unpretentious nature. I've been back in the store periodically since then and he always takes the time to spend a few minutes speaking with me. I'd always rather buy local and it's rewarding to have found an area business that exceeds expectations!

As a guy who knows nothing about engagement rings besides the fact that I wanted to get my girl the ring of her dream this place (especially Kris) were unbelievable. They were so helpful and straightforward, but most importantly kind. They made the whole experience the amazingly joyous process that I will cherish and remember forever. Billion star rating

Absolute excellence; professional and friendly service. Heather sold me a beautiful new Rolex without the pretentiousness associated with some of the other dealers here in Illinois. Person and Robbin is certainly worth a visit if you are in the market for a new watch or other jewelry.
