Keswick designed the engagement ring of my dreams! After shopping at several jewelers with my now fiance, I simply couldn't find what I was looking for. The staff at Keswick listened closely to my criteria and Caroline immediately hand-sketched a beautiful custom design for me. Caroline was a great listener and her talent is simply undeniable. We went through several iterations of the design of my ring (over the course of several weeks) and Caroline was very patient with each little tweak I wanted to make. The ring turned out absolutely gorgeous with beautiful detailing and craftsmanship! Caroline made the process very fun with her upbeat personality and obvious passion for her craft. Caroline went above and beyond for us and that really made all the difference.nnThe Keswick showroom is absolutely gorgeous and they have much more selection than almost any jeweler I've seen. I love the style of their selection and admit to spending much time pouring over each bit of counter filled with gorgeous jewelry. What a great experience....I can't recommend Keswick strongly enough and know I will be back in the future! :)

I honestly think this place has been the best customer service I've had with any business. They do so much to make sure your confident in your purchase with them. I highly recommend this place.nnHonestly I don't think I'll buy jewelry anywhere else. They're family owned and run. They are very knowledgeable and skilled.nnI've bought my wife's engagement ring here, wedding ring, and my own wedding ring. I've also gotten several gifts from there too. Check out their Verragio case. They're absolutely beautiful rings.

Keswick Jewelers is a spatular business. From the moment I walked in I was impressed. My husband always buys me jewelry from them. They have a perfect collection or contemporary and traditional items.The owners have a lovely wish list that you can but your favorites on a list to help with the choices for hubby. I have also had many items dismantled and reinvented. Keswick turns them into fantastic pieces. True artistry! It's a must see.

This was the second store I came to in hopes of re-sizing my engagement ring. I called and Julia was able to give me a price estimate over the phone. I stopped by to drop my ring off, she gave me an exact price and it was ready the next day!! I noticed the stone was a bit loose when I picked it up but they were happy to re-adjust it in minutes to make sure everything was snug. WONDERFUL customer service from start to finish.nnI'm so glad I went here rather than their competitors in downtown palatine (who were overpriced and not near as friendly). Looking forward to returning to Keswick in the future!

Phenomenal craftsmanship! The owner Mariusz is talented beyond belief, whether translating my friend’s own original work into a gold band for his wife or when selecting and crafting non-conflict diamonds/precious stones into wedding rings or other jewelry. Highly recommend Mariusz over anyone, especially when compared to our experience with Chicago's diamond district aka Jewelers Row. P.S. Keswick jewelers is also reasonably priced.
