We just picked up my girlfriend's engagement ring and I must say it looks amazing!! We were both floored when we saw it! We picked out the rock and band it would be set into the week prior so we knew what we were getting but this thing looks way better than we could've ever imagined! I was compelled to write this review because of how impressed and amazed I have been with Flaherty jewelers. Kate has helped me and my family in many ways, most recently with redesigning my wedding rings by incorporating stones from another piece of jewelry of significant sentimental value. She has so much knowledge, empathy and truly understood the sentiment and importance of this process. The outcome was exponentially better than anyone anticipated! My whole family will only go to Flaherty from here on out. They know what they are doing, are the most reasonable & rationale, and the quality and craftsmanship of their work is exceptional! They are the very best in the business and Kate really knows her stuff; she is also the most certified gemologist in the northwest suburbs. The final product proved this to be true! Thank you Kate and Team for all of your help in redesigning my dream ring & band!
