I can’t imagine how this place stays in business. My mother has dementia and I do not live in the area. Her caretaker, who has since been let go, (apparently a friend of Ms. Taylor’s) brought her ring in to get cleaned and resized. She was charged $80 for the resize and cleaning but when she went to pick it up, it still did not fit. Months later, and after many phone calls, Ms. Taylor said she had sent it out to get it done and it still was not ready. When we finally went to pick it up, my mom was told to be careful because the ring could cut her because the band was too thin. (It was not that thin before).Then charged my mom another $80. I contacted my mom’s new caretaker to see if that was correct, and it was not. My mom had been told she would not be charged again. When I told Ms. Taylor that she overcharged my mom, she argued with me and told me she did not care if I wrote a bad review. On top of everything else, this woman is extremely rude. I am very glad I will never have to see her again. Now we have to deal with getting the ring fixed again, and believe me, I will get the stone checked because as far as I’m concerned this woman is a thief. So many red flags, such terrible customer service, and such a hassle. DO NOT bring your jewelry here if you care about it.
