Nice and helpful people, but $1.25 for a bag after i just spent $26 for a doll ???really???
This store denied entry to an individual with autism And who also had a disability, who can’t tolerate a mask. They only gave a 10% off online use as an apology. As someone whose family works with students with autism and disabilities, this is completely non inclusive. The door person was also going around saying to those in line “your germs are your germs and we don’t want them” because alsonno one is allowed to touch anything unless you’re buying, good luck when your main consumer is kids.nnI work at another store in the outlets and have been in others during the past month, no one is being as strict and excluding others like Disney.nnWe are all for safety at the outlets, but we also represent inclusiveness. Disney is just getting a bad rep all around for everything.
No it's not the full blown Disney experience but it most certainly is happy! The prices are amazing, the coworkers are happy and helpful, it's definitely a place to shop when you can't make it to a Disney store and you're willing to deal with smaller inventory than they would have in the parks.nnMy only issue with this last visit here is, it's retail. The coworkers will always have issues and bad days. Just keep those comments off the sales floor!
