I have shopped there several times and it has always been a pleasant experience. After a few times I opened an account with them. Great place to shop for the grandchildren!!

The staff was very rude and not helpful with the proper sizes that I needed. Instead of saying excuse me one staff member told me I was in the way and needed to move so she could finish her display. As a paying customer I have never been treated so poorly even the clerk at the register was rude.

The staff is very unprofessional and arrogant. They almost lost a customer family. When I called the customer care 888 number, they reiterated about complains and managed to save their customer.
