By far the worse car wash there is! For $60 the promise to make vehicle look like new but all the did was vacuum. I tried to addressing the issue to the owner but he kept on yelling and telling me he wasn’t going to do anything about how bad the car wash was instead he bragged about how he supposedly has 30 car washes. Bad service I do not recommend this over priced and bad service car wash
Paid $60 and my car isn’t even vacuumed right. On top of it, not one employee was wearing a mask. I get that nobody likes masks but rules are rules and they are there for a reason. Very disappointed, would not be going back.
They are very generous with the soap ! Your car will get clean if you choose the expensive wash (16 bucks) they give u free tire shine. If you pay for detailing (150.00l your car will be cleaner; fyi when they detail interior they are stingy with armor all on the inside. Also protect your rear wiper yourself with kitchen paper towel cardboard along g with duct tape. Their brushes are ruff and may break them. Mine got broken on my jeep. They refused to pay 4 it.
This used to be a great car wash but now there is no towel drying of your car.
Great prices and great customer service. This is not just a car wash, it is a staple of Elk Grove Village. I've been going there since I was a kid, with my Dad. He's passed but being there made me feel a little closer to him just knowing how many memories we shared together there. Don't go anywhere else to get your vehicle washed and detailed. Go here.
