Mailed a package 12/04/2020 was supposed to be delivered 12/07/2020. Still has yet to arrive. My Husband and I paid for priority mail 2day shipping for it to still not be delivered. Will never ship through USPS again. I give 0 stars! My mother-in-law still has yet to receive her Christmas gift!
Went in for a new passport appointment and wasn't told that one of my personal identification documents would be mailed along with my application. I realized I didnt have my document after my appointment and called twice, leaving a message both times. A day later, I still hadn't received a call back so I called again and the voicemail box was FULL. I was only able to find the information I needed by calling the US Postal Investigator.nnThe staff needs to have a more welcoming attitude and fully explain processes to customers. And learn to answer the phone/return messages!
Always fast and friendly service. The women always go above and beyond. The guy who works there, not so much. Pretty nonchalant, and lazy.
For the last year; I have had so much of my life turned upside down. The post office has sent my insurance cards; social security; bank information; so much mail has been misdirected; never sent back; never forwarded; to the point where I can't get important information that my kids need; my kids social security check was suspended this month!! I'm fed up with this and finally reaching out. The whole confusion; my ailing mother moved in with me. How confusing for the post office!!
I had an issue with a letter that was returned, I talked with Sue Litterly and she was absolutely amazing. Not only was she friendly but went way out of her way to help me with the problem. I wish more people were as impressionable as she is.
