Lisa was very helpful in going through my stuff and determining the current value for my items. She even tested the items with a special tester to determine which was real and which was just plated stuff. I still got a lot more than I expected from here. Their premises are quiet and air conditioned. It is also located on a private fenced lot so you do not have to worry about any other businesses or people in general if you are trying to be discreet.nnOverall a nice experience and I will definately recommend them!

This freaking place doesn’t even respond on there calls bad business !

I visited this presentable establishment very recently. Notice, I said presentable. When I entered their office I was overwhelmed with cigarette smoke and the accompanying odor. This spoke tons as to how professional these people where but I was patient to go with the flow although the strong odor of the cigarette fumes bothered me alot. I almost forgot what I had come here for!nnSo I attempt to talk to the little foreign women behind the desk who seemed VERY jittery and nervous, as if she needed another smoke. Once again, BAD for a first impression as a customer, dont you agree? I will not attempt to keep complaining. Let us just say that this woman seemed very rude and unwilling to cooperate. She showed no emotion as to me explaining why I wanted to sell my items due to a death and just wanted me to accept her lowball offer which I did not.nnI was seriously thinking about calling local health authorities the minute I went home but decided not to waste the valuable time in my life over ignorant, self centered individuals who could not care a dime about their customers.nnIs this the kind of service Americans get now when they are the customers in the face of other individuals? I would NEVER go to this place again and made it my duty to NOT recommend it to anyone that mentions GOLD. I really hope the owners of this place see this and really reconsider who they hire... This is currently NOT a customer friendly place!!!!
