Ive been a customer since the 80's good service - good rates - the only thing I dont like is that you can no longer speak with an underwriter. Too much corporate cost cutting. They will work with you to make certain you only pay for what you need or want.

the Worst insurance i had ever had in my life. Was with the company for about 4 years with no tickets or anything and they would not give me a discount or anything and i was paying a whole lot of money. Also customer service was horrible here each and every time. Just worse dont do it.

I have had Liberty Mutual Insurance since I was 16 years old. They have been great to my family. I am very happy with my car insurance and they have insured two of my homes as well.

I absolutely love this insurance company! They've done amazing work the last several years I have competitive rates and quality customer service.nnMost importantly my wife has been involved in two accidents where she was hit by other drivers and it was not her fault, the company did a great job making sure she and our kids were taken care of and our rates did not go up after these incidents.
