Took my 3 daughters into the store today. With their Christmas money spent nearly $100 between the three of them. My 12 year old daughter took her own money into claires and bought 5 items. 1 of those items never made it in the bag. We called when we got home and they said there was nothing they could do. Oops. Said it wasn’t still on the counter an hour after we left. Must have gotten put in someone else’s bag. So her $8 item she paid for, someone got for free and Claire’s doesn’t care as long as they get your money whether or I’m not they actually give you a product. Won’t be back.
