Excellent gym friendly and helpfully staff all the equipment you need from all the weights to heavy bag area 24/7 access... Been training here for a month or so and really enjoy atmosphere people are nice and friendly that I have encountered here!!! Would definitely recommend to try it out for yourself!!!
Hands down one of the best gyms I've been to. Friendly and laid back staff, very clean place and nice aesthetic. Truly a bare bones bro gym, the place is small but has everything you need to get your stuff done. Small, friendly, convinient, clean, everything a gym should be.nnOh... and its 24 hours.
Trainers are so professional and dedicated to the gym and the members. A lovely relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended!!
Not crowded, Open 24/7 only one bathroom, but there's usually no more than 5 people there at one time. I've been the only one several times. No Showers, No lockers, but there are mirrors on 3 walls, so you can see everything from everywhere. The outside wall is mostly window, so you can see your car or drive by and see how many are there, before deciding to go in.
Place went downhill since change of ownership.
