Needing to speak with the Keosauqua area driver who never delivers the packages to correct house!! 800 number has no solutions. Very frustrated
You have an employee who routinely snapchats pictures and videos of houses that she is delivering to, and put one of your trucks in the ditch because she couldn't stay off of her phone while driving. This is not only unprofessional, and dangerous, but is also demonstrates a complete lack of care for customers packages that could be delayed or damaged do to employee negligence.
In Fairfield there's a driver who just throws the package to the house from the street. I had to run out and grab it as the wind blew it along the ice. Next time I'll film the guy and I'll make sure he doesn't have a job .
Truly not even a 1 star review. 3 years now packages being delivered from FedEx never get to my home. Always delivered to 101 5th St. not mine at 101 5th Ave. again today at 12:58pm another package delivery ...again not here. Hours and hours on phone without getting any help or assistance. Worse part when ordering items you cannot chose delivery service! UPS has it right why can’t FedEx?
My package showed as delivered and never received. They even have notice were the guy left package on the front door. We been at home for a weeks do to this virus and never received anything. I’m furious and upset this was very expensive packaged from Walmart. Guy probably delivered at the wrong address. Fed ex don’t even deserve a 1 star.
