Very poor communication skills and very poor listening skills very rude does not listen and interrupts quite a bit and does not give customer enough time to answer a question properly of for driver or on the interrupts rudely And has very and reasonable language with customers can not use proper etiquette either
Driver was friendly and safe. They arrived within the quoted time. The vehicle was older, but comfortable. The only taxi that runs after 7 in Moline! More $ than expected, but hey- I’m home.
Rude people. All around. Use someone else if you can.
Over the last 6 months i have probably given him close to 1000 bucks, i patronize locally for a reason. His services cost twice as much as any other, but still i call. Tonight, my gf needed a ride. She had to finish up cleaning before she could go. Normally they charge a dollar per minute to wait, which i would have paid if needed. The driver said she would wait, when she came out 20 mins later the cab was gone. I understand circumstances right now, but being left to walk home at a time like this is not what a good business owner does to his customers. I wont call again.
On time. clean, polite, friendly yet hip to the game. Good people. Treat them right they will treat you right! Good driving by good man 3rd shift! True patriot! Thank you for your service again sir!
