The clerk of court in Davenport is allowing landlords who's properties fall under the protection of Federal Cares Act Eviction Moratorium to be served 3 day notices out right allowing ILLEGAL evictions to be heard at court. When asked why was told Governor Kim Reynolds lifted the order however she did not lift the Federal Cares Act legislation because it doesnt end until july 27.. Properties are falling under the act because they recieve government funds however the clerk of scott county isnt doing their homework at all sad this court is allowing illegal evictions in their state getting over on black and brown people especially women during a PANDEMIC they should all be fired and held accountable
