Piercing Pagoda

Bought a ring for my wife for mothers day, was told if it did not fit i could bring it back and order the correct size online for an even exchange. That did not happend! The ring was $'22 more online and they said they were not going to do anything about. I was told this by a manager on both occasions and when i confronted the manager she tried to place blame on another employee. Management is nothing but liars! Don't believe a word you are told.

Pagoda stands behind the product they sale and that's refreshing. Customer service is always good when I visit. Thanks way to go!
