Very helpful but need to have more flooring in stock..
Went in look for info and products for our basement reno.. After a quick hello and pointing us to vinyl planks, the 3 sales staff were more interested in their phones than the customers in the store
Staffs pretty helpfully but I've gotten hardwood here twice and the quality blowed both times.
If you’re looking to get a project done in a timely manner this is not your place of business. Disappointed. It all started with a no call no show for a measurement. I did not hear anything until two days later. Turns out I paid $25.00 for one of the most inaccurate measurings. On our quote they quoted that we needed 1300+ square feet worth of product for our 11 x 9 kitchen.. how? Our whole house is only 800 square feet total. Ended up measuring ourselves and we will install ourselves. Nothing but the run around :(
