I called to try to obtain an estimate for installing hardwood flooring in the upper level of our home. The woman answering the phone was extremely rude. She acted as if she was being put out for taking a phone call for an estimate. There are ample options in the Quad Cities for hardwood flooring vendors and installers. I'll be taking our business to one of the other companies who have been more than happy to come over and quote the job.
