It has been 6 months now that I have requested medical records for my two children and I STILL do not have them! I have called SEVERAL times and each time have been told that really there is nothing they can do since it is a third party company that does the records. It is absolutely ridiculous that I cannot get access to my children's medical records. We have moved 50 miles away and I need these records for my children's new pediatrician.
