Aquatic Environments

Very busy place these days. But I last shopped here 20 years ago, got expert advise from the owner. I have been there 2 times in the last 2 days, to get my tank fishies, and it just seemed like the personal attention is gone. Them giving info on the fish I am wanting to buy, is no longer there. But overall, great place and great people. I just miss the old days

Knowledgeable staff. If you own a reef tank or fish water tank this a must see. Lots of good in stocks and good prices. Will be back soon

Par to none on the Iowa side of the quad cities for aquarium enthusiasts. Best selection by far in the QC and surrounding area of saltwater everything, excellent overall water quality and health of creatures, and knowledgeable staff. Have some rare stuff too, both fresh and salt water but also tortoises and reptiles including dozens of snakes and rarer lizards, even a centipede. Those animals come and go so best to call, and they can probably order in some rare species.

The store was very crowded. A lot of stuff in a small space and lots of people. I am concerned about the health of some animals. Snakes should shed in one large piece not flake off. Other animals kept in very small containers with not enough room to move around. The staff was helpful.
