The National HIspanic Christian Leadership Conference of Connecticut held an Education Roundtable at this church. Other local congregations were represented as well. The church leadership welcomed us to share information about the current education achievement of our students and the role of community activism to ensure high academic expectations for our students.nIt is evident that this congregation values the development of the mind of the child both spiritually and academically.nnLuke 10:27 - You shall love the Lord your God with all of your heart, all your soul, all your MIND, and all your strength, and you shall love your neighbor as yourself.
