I hate working out...but I LOVE this place! Coming from the girl who had not participated in any kind of organized exercise for the better part of 5 years, I was amazed at how True40 is truly a place for anyone....no matter your fitness level. The instructors always give modifiers to each exercise (as well as how to make it more challenging), the studio is ridiculously clean and serene, the music is on point, and the best part is I saw physical changes and felt stronger after my second class. Lizzi and her staff are amazing. Give it a shot!

True 40 classes are a total body workout that also concentrates on balance and your core. They can modify any class to fit you! Everyone should give it a try! You will be hooked!
