I have come here quite a few times in the last couple years and Jacob and his staff are always so welcoming and honest with you. Every employee is genuinely friendly and honest which shows how much they care about their customers. Will continue to give them my business!
The staff is knowledgable, attentive, and accomodating. They do great work, most importantly fast, under short notice, and significantly better pricing on repairs than a dealership. The owner Jacob is a great guy, very nice and helpful. This place is an absolute gem conveniently located in Needham heights. I would highly recommend them for any auto care needs.
Jacob and his staff are top notch mechanics. Jacob is also a really solid human being. He cares about his customers and has pride in his work. This was my first time having a car fixed at HCC and I will continue to patronize this business from now on.
