Horrible! The first room the heater wasn't working, moved to the next room and roaches! Not dead roaches, live ones, climbing on the walls, kitchen sink, bath tub, stove, above my headboard, what an nightmare! Then top it off, the elevator inspection expired 10/15/ 2020, i know its covid-19 but get it together. Trash out back near the door interest full too the max, the only good thing about this place is the front desk clerk very nice lady.

The only positive thing I can say about this place is the lady at the front desk was friendly. The check-in was a lengthy process. I had to call a number for a reservation even though I was standing at the front desk. I agreed on a recorded line that I wouldn’t be able to change my reservation. MISTAKE!! The outside of the place was deceiving. It looked decent, and I wanted a room with a kitchenette. The smell in the hall and the rooms is unpleasant. There is no air circulation in the hallway which adds to the smell. The first room we had had an AC that didn’t work, so we moved. The second room AC started pouring water on the floor, but I just put a towel under it. The room was not clean. Everything was run down. The bed was worn out. There was no iron or ironing board. There wasn’t even a hair dryer or an ice machine. I wasn’t about to cook in the room. I couldn’t even sleep!! The best thing I can say about this place was that Cracker Barrel was next door. My husband said it reminded him of the “projects” but it smelled worse. People live there... not sure what is going on there. I have no idea how this place could stay in business. It makes me question humanity!! Never again... I will sleep in my car first. Please... just don’t!

This is a great place to stat.but the smell of weed will smother you. While getting on th elevator or going down the hall.

Waited almost 30 minutes for a room key due to manager giving the wrong key to our room. The room had bedbugs and didn’t receive our Queen room reserved. We were later moved to another room which was preferably better.
