T-Mobile

T-Mobile is the worst phone service. I’ve used AT&T and Verizon and they are far better than T-Mobile. I was promised a new phone for switching to T-Mobile. This was a lie. What started as new phone ended and a promised bill of 120.00 ended as a 239.00 bill which they promised I was receiving credits off of my bill.nnThe cell service is the worst. A SIM card was given to use to test the network and it worked great. That is until I actually purchased one of their phones. I get 1-2 bars at best and no bars a large portion of the time.nnThe monthly bill being lower is enough to lure you over to T-Mobile but once you actually switch, the bill is more than AT&T and Verizon would be.nnPlease don’t make the mistake I made and try T-Mobile. You will lose thousands of dollars that you will never get back.

There was an extremely helpful employee with locks and she was awesome. She assisted me from beginning until the end with the process of changing my phone screen protector. I would like to recommend this location to anyone looking for knowledgeable associates

Large selection and good specials and the workers are very nice and helpful

Little disappointed that they do not sell home internet from their stores. Have to call customer service and talk for a long time to get it.

I owe so much praise to India. Today, my autistic son had a meltdown in the store. I was embarrassed and just left. India came to my car and said she understands and helped me purchase my new Samsung watch all from my car. I appreciate her help. Really nice of her. Thank you again.
