Manager & hostess were rude about table accommodations. Waited 1.5 hours to be seated at wrong table. Our party were split between tables. After speaking to manager, hostess came to our table; shouted a few excuses to why seated wrong & that we weren’t being moved either, we asked her to be on her way. After receiving our appetizers, we received a phone call from Longhorns (manager) saying our table was ready. We explained if he’d turn around, we’re already seated in the wrong section and you refused to move us. Shortly afterwards another hostess moved us. The waitress & food service was beyond great. The “manager” that everyone called is beyond clueless of what his role is. He is nothing but a “boss” A Leader would let his staff operate correctly. He had that place & his associates stressed to the max. Thank you to our waitress & kitchen staff!
Dined there last night and was the worst! Waited one and a half hours to be seated and the manager was a rude smart a** and was unapologetic for nothing.nThe waitress worked hard but had too many tables to be efficient. Food came out one person at a time with us being a group of seven. Some were finished when the last one got there food. The manager had the nerve to run by and say how is everything when our food wasn’t even out. My steak was cooked well when I ask for medium but that was because it set under the warming light for a while. After over a three hour stay we finally finished and left. No plans to go back to this location. So sad is all I can say!
We had our anniversary dinner at Longhorn and the meal was delicious. Thank you to our server Christine. She did an excellent job and was very nice. Would recommend Longhorns to everyone. We will be back.
I took my family out to dinner here a few nights ago. Our server was amazing, and the food was great. Issues did not arise until my New York Strip came out undercooked. I ordered Medium rare, but this seemed more like rare to me. I informed my waitress that I needed it cooked a bit more. She was so humble and sweet about it and took it back to the kitchen for me. The manager brought it back, slammed it on the table, and apologized in a way that made me feel uncomfortable. He basically blamed it on other staff members and spoke about them in demeaning ways (the cook and the waitress). He seemed like an angry person, so I politely said “It’s fine, thank you for fixing it for us.” Although the food was great, I am scared to bring my family back here again, and I also feel sorry for the people who have to work in that type of aggressive atmosphere.
We did curbside pickup. They follow directions on the order very precisely! The temperature of the steak was perfect as ordered. Curbside pickup was very convenient: the food was ready when indicated in the order, and the associate was very fast and courteous when she brought the food to my car. The only unfortunate thing was the fact that our two baked potatoes had inside blemishes, however they couldn't have seen that from the outside.
