The staff here is extremely helpful! Katie is extremely kind and very patient! I recently adopted a sweet dog from them & I am already thinking about adopting another in the near future! Love this place and staff! Please consider adopting from them & donating/volunteering!

They do a good job taking care of the animals. Their adoption policies are straight forward. We have got two dogs from them, both were in good health and had been well treated by the staff.

Awesome staff. Thank you all for the care and love you give to the animals. If you want a pet this is the place to go, lots of cuties that need a loving home.

Nice clean facilities with friendly staff. The good news was there were tooooo many animals stuck in there. Also look into the happy hour where you can borrow a dog for the day and bring them some joy in their lives.

I love my kitty, but I hated having to deal with the staff while trying to adopt her. I went to the shelter, picked the cat I wanted to adopt, paid for her, NAMED HER, loved her. But she wasn’t yet vaccinated, so I had to leave and pick her up a different day which was fine with me. But I specifically told everyone there that my only off day was Monday. So if she was ready on a Wednesday or Thursday, I could not get her that day. It had to be Monday. They agreed and said that that was no problem at all and that I could come on Monday and they would hold her until then. I work at a salon, and while I was in the middle of applying color to a clients hair on WEDNESDAY they called me at 4:00 and said I needed to be at the shelter by 5:30 or else the adoption would be cancelled and she would go to someone else. When I reminded her about how I couldn’t come until Monday, she rudely told me that it didn’t matter and I needed to come now or never. It was impossible for me to leave work, and all of my family and friends also work at that time. Thankfully one of my friends was just getting off work and she left to pick up the cat for me. Of course this means I didn’t get to pick her up in the special carrier I bought for her and slowly introduce her to where I live, instead my friend had to pick her up in a cardboard box and have her stressed out inside of her car. She then had to hold the cat at her place, which has many dogs inside that are loud. She then had to keep the cat in the box until I could get off work and pick up the cat. The whole ordeal just cause stress to the cat when I had already planned for everything to go smoothly. They put a bad taste in my mouth and made the experience awful for me. I will never ever go back
