The workers are very nice and helpful. The store is clean and stocked and very organized. The reptiles and fish look very healthy and well treated. They also have a dog washing station that is great i have taken my dogs a couple of times. Overall a very great place.

Employee review. Competitive prices, vast selections of most supplies and food, but moving SO much product every day means we do have some gaps in our inventory. Could be stronger in live pets, especially reptiles and amphibians, but usually we have a good variety of fish including the only marine selection in this area. Organization and effeciency could be better as special orders are often hit or miss. Customers have mentioned confusing online order and delivery systems. Overall the truly caring and knowledgeable staff make us the areas best choice.

They are the best! Love the rewards program, always have sales, they also always have treats for my dogs. They carry a good mix of high quality and affordable items. Favorite pet store here.

I have shopped here for over a year now, never have had an issue until yesterday 4/11/2021. Went to check out and both registers were open and when the cashier on the right took her last customer I went to move over to her lane I only had two items. She had picked up a clipboard and some papers and when she seen me moving over to her checkout she slammed that clipboard and papers down, like I had committed a crime to walk over to check out with her. I said never I will just check out with this lady. Come to find out the clipboard and paper throwing lady was the manger. Not a nice look for your customers.nnThere were several customers who seen this. So, I would advise if your having a bad day, do not take it out on your customer. I have been there I know you have bad days, but you just have to leave it at the front door.
