Nice store and staff. Lady glared at me for waiting at the door. But it was 5 minutes after they opened. The manager was nice so I'm still okay with this place.

Tammy and her team were absolutely amazing. The only thing our son asked for Christmas was a cockatiel. After calling around this store was the only place that had one. We explained our situation and how far we were traveling and the pet supermarket team were extremely accommodating. You don’t find service like this in many places.

Seemed pretty clean, low stock, though. We thought this was Pet Smart, so we attempted to return something from there without a receipt. Their employee had told us we could. The manager at Pet Supermarket was quick to tell us they couldn't do it and that she was a manager who had worked there for a long time. I understand the rules and misunderstanding on our part, but she seemed pretty rude with her explanation. Plus for Pet Smart, minus for Pet Supermarket.

Always well stocked, clean and friendly. Prices are ok, you can get good deals on wet food if you look for their coupon!
