With consideration and understanding of the vast numbers seen by TOC, I can rate with greater respect. I suppose I can tolerate the wait. On another note, I recommend front desk staff be more discreet and careful while addressing patients personal matters (namely copays and billing). While waiting to be seen, I heard quite a few folks business. I was embarrassed for them!!! I understand doctors/staff/facility must be paid but rudeness, nonchalance and lack of tact should not define TOC.

They schedule you for an appointment for a certain time and even wants you to be there 15 mins early. When you arrive early you still have to wait almost an hour to be seen!

I wish there were more orthopedic options in Hsv! I have used TOC many years but they are now more money focused than patient focused. The extensive check in procedure is a joke. I call to schedule appt and spend 20 mins on hold to then spend another 20 mins giving info and details of injury. When I arrive I have to do a 1st check in on a computer, detailing injury again and paying copay before even going to reception desk. Then after waiting in waiting area get called to the desk where the lady asks about the wrist injury...I HAD TOLD AND TYPED IN THAT IT WAS ARM/ELBOW TWICE ALREADY!!!!nThe last time I was in here the Dr. stated that there was no injury, could return to normal activities with NO restrictions but needed 6 weeks of physical therapy. Am I the only one who sees a problem with that???? No injury, return with no restrictions but wants me to pay for 6 weeks of PT?!?!?! It's all about the money.

What a wonderful group of caring people. When I arrived for my first visit I was in so much pain and discomfort from shoulder/neck strain I could barely move. The Ladies (Christy, Katy,Tracy and Becky) were all great. Their goal was to get me feeling better fast and they did a great job. Today was my last treatment and I was more then a bit sad to end my interaction with this group of people. I would recommend this center to anyone needing physical or rehabilitative therapy. After working at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA for 27 years I can tell you these people really do care. I do not have any experience with any of the other TOC centers but, if any of them are as good as this one, they do an excellent job of hiring their staff. Thank you all so much for your wonderful care and I especially want to thank Tracy for the entertainment. I will miss my therapy and I know not too many people can or will say that. Thank you so much.....
