Joining BCI is one of the smartest things I've done for myself in a long time. This is a top-notch operation in every way. The facility is well maintained, they have an outstanding array of weights and other physical training equipment, and best of all, the staff is as good as it gets. The BCI instructors are extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, and genuinely concerned with every member's well being and wellness. The variety of workout options offered is also extensive, so the sessions are always challenging and interesting as well. If you're looking for a great workout option which also offers coaching on nutrition, sleep, and overall wellness - with great people included - then BCI is the place to go!

BCI! Where do I even begin? It is a place that I want to keep to myself because I don’t want to share... I am an only child so that is just natural... Andy, Chris, and Dell truly have a passsion for their work. I look forward to every workout! I have been going for 3 weeks and have noticed a huge difference physically and mentally. If you’re looking for a positive, safe environment look no further. I am so beyond proud of all they stand for and would recommend them 10 fold!

I’m a little bias because the owner is my husband, but anyone who knows me knows I won’t back something if I don’t one million percent believe in it.nnWhen we first got together, Andy kept trying to get me in his facility and working with his trainers.nnAs a female, and knowing he trained a lot of male athletes, I was kind of shy about jumping in the new environment.nnBut when I did... GAME CHANGED.nnI have worked out a lot in my life, in spurts like most people, but for many years. Most of what I did was self-taught from online research or previous things I had done with past trainers. My body responded well so I thought I was winning.nnThe first day I showed up to BCI, I learned things I had never known about my body.nnFor instance, I’m extremely hyper-mobile (which I deemed as “I’m just flexible—no need for concern”) BUT it really means certain exercises are a higher injury risk than others due to my body’s lack of natural stability, plus a lot of other things I won’t bore you with.nnI also learned proper form which changed my workout “return” completely. I was doing half the workload (repetition wise) of my previous workout sessions and getting twice the results— all because I was using TRUE proper form.nnTrust me, if you go here with an open mind... you will not be disappointed. You will leave enlightened, and with all the tools to become the healthiest version of yourself.
