I would recommend this place to anyone needing to do driver business. The staff is extremely helpful.we didn't have a copy of my sons birth certificate with us they sent us to vital records at the health department and allowed him to return and still take his test even though it was after his appointment. They were very friendly and made this whole process peaceful even when I was about to spare out they stayed calm and reassuring that it was fine. We came from Huntsville to Decatur because they had an appointment open it was definitely a worthwhile trip and an even better experience.

Obviously because of covid we have a long line! But they are moving pretty fast today

Be prepared to wait a LONG time for such a simple process. I waited over an hour just to get called inside from my phone... only to wait some more. SMDH

Real bad standing in line all day on concrete. They don't care about people who has medical problems.
