The drinks were good but the drive through line was long. I went between 2 and 3 pm on a Saturday.nnBe prepared to wait at least 20 minutes if you come during these times.

Venti Hot Chocolate better known as Hot Cocoa in the coffee houses in other parts of world. I was in Moscow in the mist of extremely cold weather system. Even the Russians looked cold.At the X-Ray coffee house a knock off of Starbucks I ordered a Hot Chocolate but Hot Chocolate was exactly a cup of hot molten chocolate.Starbuck's hot cocoa is fabulous! A really good item. Hits the spot!
The absolute best staff in town. Fast friendly and call you by your first name.
I have never gave a bad review to Starbucks until now. They got my order wrong but the most frustrating thing was that I got a hot tea and evidently they didn't put the lid on it good. Got to car and went to put in cup holder and lid came off and I got boiling hot tea to my side which burnt pretty bad. So always make sure they put the lid on good.
