Rock n Roll Sushi knows how to do birthdays right! I had signed up for emails awhile back and I received an email for a free sushi roll on my birthday which is awesome! Then our waitress who was super sweet offered me a brownie for my birthday as well. It was my moms first time there and she loved it as well. This is one of my favorite restaurants! Definitely a must in Decatur Alabama.
We decided to get take out last min when I pulled into the parking lot. This being said I was able to call in my order Heaven was extremely friendly and she was able to help me order what we wanted. My only complaint.. I knew I would be waiting a while when I called in my order having already arrived I was told it would be ready in 15 to 20 min so I waited to pull around to curbside pickup until that time had passed. I pulled around and called in that I had arrived at this time I was informed it would be 10 min before my order was ready. I waited 45 min in total for my order. Next time I will do better about calling ahead but I feel like 45 min is a very long wait for take out. Our food was Awesome I will be back I will just need to plan a little better for time. Its too bad because I would come more often if I could get served more quickly.
Y’all our family loves this place! The service is always top notch and our food is always fresh and the prices are reasonable. You would not be disappointed if you decided to give Rock N Roll Sushi a try. Some of our favorites are Guns and Roses, Thriller, Elvis, and the Spiderud83dude0bud83dude0b
The lack of stars has nothing to do with the food but more to do with lack of cleanliness. The sushi was great, with unique flavors. The fried wontons were really good too. Even the service was great, fast and courteous. However, none of the tables were clean, the menus were dirty and the dining room had an odor like a dirty mop had been used on the floors. I cannot stress enough how important cleanliness is even when their isn't a pandemic going on!
One of my favourite restaurants in Decatur! Mine and my friends go to place to eat. Great service, food and atmosphere. Safe to say I either eat here or get carry out at least once a week!
