I no longer dread visiting this place like I once did. This office is a much more pleasant customer experience under the new commissioner. You can pay by credit card, cash or check now for instance whereas before, everything seemed to be done for THEIR convenience. The line seems to move much faster than before as well.

No organization...you will sit there for hours because you can't tell where the lines start or end. With the renewal line and the permit line running together, an employee should have to come out and have people form 2 separate lines. The woman waiting to do renewals just gets to sit there and do next to nothing all day because no one else knows she's open with NO WAITING!!!!This is the most inefficient, unorganized place u have EVER been to.

If there was a selection for a no star trust me, that's what they would get... Is very sad that they would hired people that are RUDE, HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY THINK THEIR BETTER THAN ANY ONE ELSE. I hate going to Vehicle License!!!!! I rather renew my tags on line..
