I adopted a pup and the only reason I was going to bring her here is because they offered a complimentary bath that was good for a month. I went online and booked an appointment because the times were free and never received and confirmation email so I called them only to be met with a rudely and I’m assuming overworked women. I asked about getting a bath for Thursday and she just snappily replied she was booked three weeks ahead and had no interest in working with me. I will gladly take my business else where. If I needed to just pay for the bath I could have gladly done that if that was the real issue at play but my goodness you don’t have to be rude.

Love the place, it's very friendly & I love the grooming department & Buddy loves the Big bones they have.

Not a huge fan of big chain pet stores, this Pet Depot is different. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and always has the stuff I need! Good prices too! They seem to really care about animals here.
