Parking lot was clean and bathrooms were clean too.nCashier was very friendly and knowledgeable about the contents of the sandwiches. We both had combo meals and surprisingly the food was not only fast, but it was HOT. I was thoroughly impressed and the tables were even clean. I last ate here before it was rebuilt years ago. It was bad back then so lets hope this wasn't a one off chance that we got all of this on one visit. :) Good job arbys and look forward to eating here again.
Unfortunately, the window help needs some customer service training. Whoever took my order at the drive through was very friendly and courteous, by the time I got to the window the person taking my money couldn't even bother to give me a thank you...or napkins..
Really long Drive-Thru line... went pretty slow. But the food was fresh and good!
Ok, but could have been better. The attendant pulled down his mask talking with someone else while taking my order. That being said I didn't see him sanitize between that and filling my order either.
DO NOT EAT HERE! Ordered two Buffalo sliders. I don’t know what the heck I got. Looks like two day old dried up chicken patties with nasty looking cheese. Horrible! I won’t ever go here again.
