This little catfish restaurant is one of Athens, AL. Hidden treasures. I’m from Pennsylvania and the catfish is second to none. This place proves that the little mom&pop restaurants have the food, atmosphere and hospitality over the big chain restaurants. .. .easy to tell by the local support. Catfish Cabin in Athens is AWESOME! Get the all you can eat and make sure you have Ms. Ivy as your waitress. She was so kind, sweet and funny. Even watched the Zack Synder Justice League ud83eudd19ud83cudffd The owner is so sweet came out with a ud83dude01 to see who was eating all the catfish. We come from out of town and this Diamond did not disappoint!

Service was great, food came fast BUT the food was not good. They have little to no choices on the menu and the food tasted weird. They did take my meal off the ticket so that was pretty nice. 4/5

Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and warm. We've already made plans to go back with family and friends.
