The staff are Johnson and Hayes is professional, efficient, caring, and understanding. The office is very clean and inviting. Scheduling is very easy. Appointments are on time. Emily asks how I am doing and really listens to what I tell her. She is very caring and compassionate, in addition to being an excellent provider of PT. I love that she updates my exercises each time on the portal and I can access them whenever I need to. The staff is excellent with all ages, children and adults. I highly recommend Johnson and Hayes Physical Therapists for all of your physical therapy needs!

My second trip to this facility and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The entire staff is very nice, the place is super clean and they really know what they are doing, the worse pain was gone after a couple of trips. I still have a few more sessions left.

Johnson & Hayes Physical Therapists in Madison is awesome. For my situations, they identified exercises that help strengthen and get me back to a normal routine without the need for surgery. These are exercises that I can continue at home. They are very caring and make sure patients understand both how and why. I am grateful for their services!

I have been extremely pleased with my care at Johnson and Hayes in Madison. When I found out I was going to have surgery I didn't have to give it a second thought as to where I would go for therapy. The staff is always professional and gives great personal care. They are always looking out for the patients best interest and work closely with you to coordinate schedules to help you achieve the best results.
