I use to live here and Cahil worked hard keeping this place nice. He's the nicest guy and if there was any problem he was always there taking care of it. I hated that we had to leave and I wish a lot more places took pride in their places like he does. Community storm shelter, paved roads, quiet place, very well kept.

I own Shady Brook Mobile Home Park, I do not know most of the people writing these reviews so I have no idea how they base their opinions. I ask that you take a ride out and see my place. I work very hard to maintain this neighborhood and I am proud of it.

It is a great place to live. The owner is redoing the roads and adding a park and grill area. Also there is a couple spots he has new trailers moved in....
