I've been using them for years and have been happy with the service. I've never had a problem with any of the cleanings and have never had an item go missing. They've hemmed several pants for us and did a great job. I also had them shorten the sleeves on a few dress shirts, not a run-of-the-mill job, and they turned out perfectly. The staff is always pleasant and professional and turn around for cleaning is usually pretty quick.

The people who own Joy Cleaners are crooks. I just left there picking up a comforter to be cleaned that was supposed to be ready today for my granddaughter. The woman couldn't find it right away and called for her husband to help. They went in the back looking for it and it was very quiet. Then I heard the sound of plastic. She comes out first 1 or 2 minutes later with my comforter in a bag. I opened the bag before paying to see how well it was cleaned. It didn't look or smell like it had been cleaned. In fact it smelled like it had been buried under other dirty clothes. When I told her it didn't look like it's been cleaned she lost it. She was jabbering away in Korean to her husband, he looked panicked and she was defensive and saying in English that I insulted her. It was obvious that it hadn't been cleaned and since I was there to pick it up, they put it in a bag and lied to me about cleaning it to get the money. Whoever reads this review PLEASE pass this on tell everyone that you know NOT to take your clothes there. They are opportunists who take advantage of Americans and the citizens of Madison.

New owners are super friendly and helpful. Clothes are always ready on time and they are willing to rush when you need something fast. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
