Community Urgent Care of Madison

First and last visit. I was asked to wait in my car due to allergy symptoms. I asked the nurse who brought out my paperwork if I was going to see a doctor and she talked to me as if I were a nuisance. I let it ride as I assumed she was having a bad day. I received a phone call a few minutes later requesting a phone triage. I asked the young lady to send someone out due to taking another call from the hospital for an emergent matter. The original moody nurse came back out and reached through my window attempting to snatch my paperwork out of my hands. Suggested I go somewhere else and called me ignorant. I asked what her problem was and asked to complete my visit and she continued belligerently yell at me in the parking lot. Literally told me to leave and stop filling out paperwork. Another lady came out about the same time I asked for her superior. The second lady was the office manager and the younger nurse seem to have no regard for her attitude or behavior, even in front of her boss. Mind blown at the actions and behavior of the some of the staff at this facility. The office manager was understanding and compassionate to the situation and took the time to explain the visit due to sick symptoms. Visit with actual dr was pleasant as well. I hate to base this review of my visit on one bad apple but that lady chose medicine as a profession and if dealing with people makes her that miserable , she needs a new job.

I’ve been here twice in the past few months! Unlike some other clinics, I found my wait time to be respectable! My initial trip late in the afternoon, I’d gone to several other clinics to try and get taken care of, but all were either closed, closing soon and couldn’t see me. Has become my first choice when I need assistance! Highly recommended!

I would give this clinic a 10 star rating if I could!!! I absolutely love this walk in clinic.. so convenient.. clean.. staff is WONDERFUL... the doctors there are amazing! They know what’s wrong with you when you give them your symptoms... the doctors listen.. and actually hear you out..I love coming here! They’ll get you where you need to go.. they always know what type of specialist to send you to.. it’s an outstanding place. I’ve came here maybe 4 times in the last 2 years.. and I never had any issues with them! Lol again the staff is OUTSTANDING ud83dudc4fud83cudffeud83dudc4fud83cudffe

They did an excellent job taking care of my wife when she was ill. We had just moved here and didn't know our way around. They were quick, professional, and gave her outstanding treatment. Glad we found them so close to home!

I was the second person in line with no exam for refills. It took 1 hour 15 minutes to be called back then an additional 45 just talking to the doctor and bloodwork. After all this Dr. Strickland would only give 90 day of meds with no refills for meds that I have taken for 30 years. I would NOT recommend this place and would give zero stars if possible.
