Adonis Rx offers by far the most effective, scientifically advanced, and challenging training program I have ever experienced. The first day I expressed an interest in taking my gym experience to the next level the extremely professional and knowledgeable staff immediately focused on evaluating and understanding my goals, my limitations, my overall health, and how we could turn all of those up to 11. I work with Troy so specifically his expertise I credit as being second to none. He's a grand master health and fitness expert and took me from 170 and skinny to 210, looking good, and ready to hit the beach! Hard work alone is not enough if you aren't eating sleeping or drinking enough water which is all part of what Troy focuses on. So working out is only 1/3 of what Adonis experience means but trust me you'll feel it, and not only feel it but see it I challenge you to go hard a week with Troy and tell me you don't look and feel 50x better!!
