One of the best facilities i’ve ever visited! I had a tour weeks ago with Dahlia who was very sweet and showed that she genuinely cared more about my needs than getting my money! The gym is absolutely stunning and top notch quality when it came to the machines. It was a bit busy when I went but what do you expect with a facility that looks like that!! Staff was amazing and so are the members. Definitely will be signing up when I move here!
I was told since I live more than 15 miles away from the gym I could cancel at anytime. Well that isn't the case once they tell you to email their corporate office. I've been trying to cancel for months now and still active. If it wasn't for the pandemic I would've enjoyed the membership. But do not join because it's impossible to cancel
Absolutely amazing! I love the movie room, it’s really what sold me on this place. As a person who is a bit overweight, I’ve genuinely never felt so comfortable at a gym. They are also taking extensive measures with COVID, which makes me feel even more comfortable. I would definitely recommend Phaze 3 to anyone and everyone! :)

By far hands down the best gym in North Alabama. Wanna loose weight? They have plenty of classes with a wide variety. Want massive gains? They have every single piece of equipment to make it happen.... Why're you still reading this? Go hit up the gym!ud83eudd19ud83dude0e
