Clean friendly gym. Alot of new equipment.
They have a power rack and many other peices of great equipment that a lot of the other gyms in the area lack. Patrons are respectful of each other. Equipment is old but in good shape. Great mix of ages.
Great gym for bodybuilders. Mom and Pop business run locally. I've trained here for years.
Great place to work out.
Great price, classes offered, tanning, usually not busy so you don't have to wait on machines or racks!
