I love this gym. The coaches are amazing. Before joining, I never worked out at this level. They push you in a positive way and it’s enjoyable. I appreciate how clean everything is. This place has changed my life!
Being a full time mom, nursing student and worker I have been having trouble staying motivated or making myself go to the gym. With Orange Theory it is so easy that I no longer feel like I am making myself go. I burn the most calories in these workouts than I ever have before and it's really nice to have a coach right there to help me if I am struggling with a certain workout. The workouts are scheduled by you on your own time and schedule which makes it easy to stick to. I highly recommend thiis gym. So glad I joined!
Erin was our coach for the first class we attended and I am very impressed! Intense workout, challenging and I love the accountability feeling. Felt so good after my workout.
Place is absolutely awesome and clean. Bonnie and the front desk staff are number one. Always a smile to greet you no matter the time or day.
I had heard about OTF several years before I decided to try it. We recently relocated and during Covid I have been struggling to find a place to go for a workout. I like that I can book my classes weeks in advance and it reassures me that the classes won't be packed full.nnOverall I feel very safe working out at OTF.
