I had been looking for a better quality filter for my aquarium at the larger pet stores in the area with no luck. Decided to give Pet Supplies Plus a try and managed to find the filter I wanted and some wonderful fish to add to my tank. Clean store, helpful staff, and a wide variety of items for your pets.
They are so nice and helpful here and Ean was so knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions about taking care of our new snake. I highly recommend buying here instead of the big box pet stores! The whole staff is super friendly.
I absolutely love this place! They have high quality products and good prices. I particularly love the groomers and on-site self bathing area for your pet of you choose to do-it-yourself.
Absolutely the best customer service! The staff are friendly and after just a few visits recognized me and new what I was coming in to buy. The dog wash is inexpensive, clean and so much easier than bathing your pets at home. You get the selection of a major retailer but the feel of a local hometown shop here.
