My stay at this place was outstanding. Staff here are very professional and courteous. Food was good, room was cleaned everyday and housekeeping provided fresh bedding and towels all day if needed. My social worker was excellent at what he does. I want to especially thank all the staff on the 1st floor Neponset Unit for taking really good care of me. I give this rehab 5 stars. Thank you Michael Burgess

I was pleasantly surprised on arrival. Staff was courteous and attentive. They made me feel welcome. The nursing staff was great. The CNA's were terrific. The staff, from housekeeping, dietary, laundry, maintenance, social service, nursing, treated their residence with dignity and respect. I would and have recommended the Bostonian Nursing and Rehab to others in need of hospital after care. Personally, I would like to say thank you to everyone involved in my care; you worked as a great team - and did a great job!

The worst place I’ve ever worked. The staff routinely falls asleep, there’s one bathroom between 4 patients and they don’t provide any medical grade cleaning equipment to staff. It’s just plain filthy and unsafe especially during these covid times. No bed alarms for patients who tend to wander or unable to walk on their own and most of the staff have nasty attitudes. Do your loved one a favor and stay far away from this place.

I had a very nice stay at the Bostonian. The people were very nice, the food was fine. I actually hope I see all of them here again. I give this place 5 out of 5 stars

When mom was first admitted I was very concerned about Bostonian, yet I was in hospital and it was out of my hands.nI immediately started search for other nursing homes with great reviews and closer to my home.nOnce I got to visit mom not knowing and maybe negatively thinking what Bostonian would endure.... I actually drove home confident this could be right place for mom.nAfter 2nd visit, and every Monday since I feel mom being at Bostonian was a wink from God.nFrom minute you check in, temperature, mask and disinfect put on hands is mandatory, and best part front desk secretary is where your immediately welcome like family .nYou are not allowed to go any further as Bostonian is very protective with all residents yet you will be guided immediately where to meet your loved one. It’s hard being 6feet away from mom, masks on and not able to hug her yet so grateful every moment able to see her. She is always attended with staff member all diligently being front liners risking their own lives every day to keep our moms, dads , grandparents , our loved ones safe at such a drastic time in our lives.nAfter several weeks many of the other high end closer to home offered a place for mom. Seeing mom content, clean, happy even nails and hair done I was hesitant to move her closer to me. After research I found out that virus was more prominent in what I thought were safer nursing homes.nToday I feel the 45 minute drive every Monday to visit mom makes every Monday even better!nI declined the other offers and Feel verynconfident What time mom has left turns out to be best blessing made possible by the entire staff at Bostonian.nLife is too short and sending sincere gratitude for time we do have. I now know Mom IS at right place for her last season of her time.nThank you Bostonian for making this very difficult time feel better.nnBest!nKathleen and Billy CrowleynRita Bullington’s Daugter and grandson
