Awesome place top shop, I mainly go for fish supplies or check out the fish selection. Friendly people.

One bad egg has to ruin it for everyone. This Petco has a “Karen” dictating “what she feels comfortable selling you”, her exact words. It’s amazing how a pet store employee thinks she can control what others do. This isn’t the only pet store in town and I won’t give this place anymore of my business. Avoid this store like the plague unless you want a 20 something year old Karen telling you how the world isn’t fair.

The Madison store is always impeccably clean and well stocked. The associates are friendly and helpful. I have other stores closer to me but always choose to drive to Madison.

Petco Madison is a pleasure to shop with my 2 dogs. Wonderful employees, service & products.nn4/11/2021 Update: Been trying to contact Petco over being over charged on automatic shipments. I let it slide the first few times, but this is getting ridiculous. I need to be refunded. Please pay attention!!n◇◇◇ Disppointed with Petco online purchases system.
